Celia is Colombian, and she brings a natural warmth to her work, an ease in her own movement that clients pick up on quickly. She is based in Amsterdam Centrum, close to the hotels where most of her bookings happen, and the short distances mean she is rarely far from a guest who calls. Her body-to-body work is where her instinct for rhythm comes through most clearly. There is a flow to it, a sense that one moment leads to the next without any visible seam. Nuru is her other specialism, the slick, close-contact technique she paces by feel rather than formula, and she moves into a happy-ending finish without ceremony when that is what is wanted. She speaks Spanish and English, which makes her a comfortable choice for Latin American guests as well as the international clientele who fill the central hotels. Celia is unhurried by nature, and clients tend to comment on her steadiness, the sense that the evening belongs entirely to them and is in no danger of being rushed. She takes one-, two- and three-hour sessions, with overnights when arranged in advance. Returning guests are a large part of her bookings, which tells its own story.
